All quotations are individually priced to suit the size and length of production, and numbers of the cast and crew, plus any particular requirements.

Every opportunity is taken to source produce from local suppliers so that freshest and variety are maintained.

Clarkson Catering’s considerable experience makes it fully aware that specific dietry menus for some individuals will be needed, and it is happy to provide suggestions and accommodate such requests.

Tea and coffee is provided all day, both on set and on location.


Sausages, bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggs (fried, poached, scrambled), hash browns, vegetarian sausages, black pudding, porridge, toast, rolls, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit and grapefruit.

Mid Morning Break

  • Toasted cheese croissants or muffins
  • Danish pastries and fresh fruit


  • Three main courses – meat / fish and vegetarian
  • With fresh vegetables, potatoes and rice or pasta

  • A selection of cheeses, bread and fruit
