Our specialist mobile kitchens are designed and constructed by us to suit the varied locations and environment in which we work. We have catered on locations such as the beaches in Sardinia to the mountain tops of Wales. To date, no location has presented us with a challenge we haven’t been able to meet and while we may not be able to hold back the tide every time, you can be assured you won’t lose the light because the caterers are waiting for the kettle to boil.
We carry a one-day supply of fresh water, replenished daily. Our kitchens carry liquid waste tanks for containment with capacity for one-day. Due to EU Waste Disposal Regulations, dry waste / refuse cannot be carried, collected or transported by catering vehicles. The Location Department must arrange for daily collection and disposal.
